The Keylite FE (Fire Escape) Window opens to 45° in compliance with building regulations and standards. The operation of this window is achieved in 2 stages with a unique design.
This feature gives any position hold control from 0° to 15° and with a push beyond 15° the window will gently move to its fully open position of 45°. The dampening struts eliminate the need for any extra and clumsy mechanical fixings which reduce the internal aesthetic appeal of the window.

Although hinged at the top for escape purposes, the Keylite FE (Fire Escape) Window retains its ventilation flap and centre-pivoting hinge for cleaning purposes common to all Keylite Roof Windows.
